Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sognefjord

Fantastic hosts who were always ready with help and good ideas for trips/activities. In the folder in the house, there were also very nice descriptions of trips and practical conditions. The house was absolutely perfect and super clean!

Quite possibly the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at and exceeded expectations in every way. The house is large, modern, super clean, and as comfortable as a 5 star boutique hotel. Undredal is THE place to stay in this part of Norway. It’s super close to many hikes and attractions in nearby Flåm/Aurland but way more charming. Birger Olaf was a great host. He gave us several good recommendations for activities to do nearby and greeted us on our last day. Check in couldn’t have been easier. How lucky were we to find such a luxurious accommodation in one of the most beautiful villages in Norway.

We had a fantastic stay at Lars' house! The views from the modern jacuzzi were absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with a large, well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a pleasure. We especially appreciated the use of the nearby boat for a bit of adventure on the water, and the charming hiking cabin up on the mountain was a cosy retreat to warm up in if needed. Don’t miss the nearby Likholefossen waterfall—it's definitely worth a visit! Lars was a friendly and generous host who made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

The house is very modernly renovated and beautifully and stylishly furnished. We felt comfortable there. The bed was super comfortable, we slept wonderfully. The location by the lake was super quiet and perfect for switching off. We liked it there, but the house could use a little love in one place or another. Communication with Benjamin was great and he responded quickly to questions.

After visiting the cities of Oslo and Bergen, it was so peaceful and relaxing to arrive at this spacious and comfortable accommodation on a sheep farm. The scenic view of the fjord from our hilltop location was stunning...more than can be captured in a picture. Hege was so friendly and especially attentive to our 6 year old grandson. Overall, an unforgettable part of our Norway adventure!

We loved our stay in the guesthouse! It was so comfortable and had everything we could need. The views of the fjord were so beautiful and the farm itself was so lovely. Petter was a great host. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Caroline historic house is a gem ! Located in a beautiful little historic village. Great interior with nice mix of antique and modern. Brand new kitchen, bathroom. And Caroline helps out with great advice on all you can do the area.

Excellent week spent in Nils' accommodation, beautiful environment, very peaceful. Terrace by the fjord, provision of fishing rods and lures. fish-rich fjord very well-equipped house, nothing is missing Nils is a very welcoming host we will recommend this destination many great places to discover on the island of Askoy

A standout experience during our time in Norway! Place was beautiful and clean, well set up for a stay. We thoroughly enjoyed just sitting on the grass. Would absolutely recommend !

We were lucky with a sunny and dry day to discover the area. However, the house itself is excellent to be able to entertain you inside, should the weather be bad. Everything you need is available. Julie and Torbjørn are super nice people. We had a nice chat with them.

A fantastic property, exactly as described, with all needs taken care of. All major attractions within a 30 minute drivable distance and a grocery store that sells practically everything literally at your doorstep We really should have planned to stay for longer than 2 days.

If you're looking for a place to stay near Flam without noise, go for it! Located 40 minutes from Flam, this accommodation offers breathtaking mountain views from the living room and especially the bedroom! The curtains are very blackout, it's a very comfortable double bed, the environment is very quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped, it just lacks a microwave. The bathroom is functional. We spent 2 nights there, one before visiting Flam and its surroundings, one before leaving for Bergen and we were delighted: the best accommodation of our entire stay which lasted 9 nights

Bard's place is an excellent choice for us. Good location and even a great idea driving around to neighboring places. Private, quiet place and clean. The sauna is my plus favorite. Bard has complete amenities in the apartment. I highly recommend.

This place was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking, and the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful with everything we needed. Honestly, one of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

We really enjoyed our stay on a bike touring trip. The place was immaculate and in such a beautiful location. Our host was very welcoming and gave us helpful advice for our cycle tour!

We stayed at this place with our family with 3 children for 4 nights. We were immediately impressed by the fantastic view and the very cozy house. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are fine, the living room is very cozy. The first day we took a nice walk to the opposite mountain and met a flock of sheep there. The days after it rained a lot, but we had plenty of books and board games with us. Even in rainy weather, the view never gets bored. The instructions to get to the house are very clear, as well as to switch on gas and electricity. No downsides! Highly recommended!

Cozy cabin. Felt right at home. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Plus 15 min by car from a great hike called Lihesten.

Christoffer's house is wonderful, very cozy furnished with a wonderful view of the fjord. To get into the house, you have to drive a narrow road up a few hundred meters and then walk up again for about 8 minutes from the parking lot. Suitcases are inconvenient here or can't be carried upstairs. But that makes the location and the view so unique. Everything was exactly as described. Christoffer was always very easy and quick to reach. A great host! Thanks for a great week high up in the mountains!

It was overall great it was a beautifull view, the communication was good. There is a hike from the house going up the mountain.

This secluded house was a beautiful stay. The photos didn’t do it justice. The house was so warm, clean and modern. Had everything we needed. The views were amazing and fire well stocked. Highly recommend Bjartes place.

An amazing, peaceful location. As Australians we had no idea how it would be to stay on an island in Norway. After a first day when we learnt it was important to allow time to get around the island to the ferry (thanks to tardy sheep), we enjoyed several days out to sightsee further afield. The house is most ideal for the wonderful views, hikes and peace of the island but, if you're willing to plan carefully, trips into the Sognfjord region are certainly possible. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place! Good communication and very helpful before and during the stay. The place is a lovely mountain cabin, worth coming back to. Unfortunately the sauna did not work BUT that was communicated beforehand. The place was in very good condition, especially considering that guests have to clean themselves as the cabin is quite remote. Will be coming back ☺️
