For Varingskollen Alpinsenter it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and bike paths start at your doorstep. The host is living close by and is available. The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

Public transport to all of Oslo just nearby. Supermarkets and restaurants in the same street and around areas. Purchasing of brand new continental bed that will be replaced with the one in bedroom picture, the new bed comes in the apartment as of 29.04.25 (see photo in gallery) Possible with accommodation on the sofa bed in the living room.

Close to NIH (Norwegian School of Sport Sciences) and the Sogn student ‘city’ UIO. Also to the lovely forest Nordmarka and the beautiful lake Sognsvann, where you can go swimming or ice-skating.
