We stayed as a family for 3 nights. The house is spacious and spacious, and the rooms are large. There is a living room with 2+1 open kitchen. One of the rooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The other room has 3 single beds. The kitchen supplies are enough, the garden is nice. The house was clean when we went. Mr. Atilla greeted me at the entrance, gave all the necessary information, he is also a very nice host. The house is in a quiet complex. It's perfect for relaxing. It's about 2 km from the beach, but the beach road is flat and hassle-free. If you have your own vehicle, there will be no problem. There is a shared pool in the compound, very close to the house. The size is sufficient and very clean, not crowded. The number of people in the pool for 3 days did not exceed 10, which we were already 5. We didn't even go to the beach because we had 2 young children. There is a grocery store within the site where you can meet your small needs, and its distance to other large grocery stores is about 1 km away. We had a short but very enjoyable holiday and returned rested. Thank you Mr. Atilla

The appartement is absolutely worth 5 stars out of 5 stars. It has all the facilities that you need and is spacey enough for a holiday. Many restaurants and shops in the immediate surrounding. It is easy to communicate with Giannis, he responds immediately. Our compliments !!

I had a wonderful time staying at this place in Kuşadası! The apartment is right on the harbor – when you look out the window you can immediately see the sea, which can be reached in just one minute on foot. Also restaurants, cafes and the pedestrian zone are right outside the door, which makes the location really perfect. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy. The Apartment is beautiful, with spectacular views from the large balcony garden overlooking sea to Pigeon Island. Lovely just sitting watching the boats come and go with an amazing sunset. An easy walk into town for those who like the hustle and bustle. Aydemir was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any enquiry, was very friendly and kind, he helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, a good guy. We had a wonderful stay at Lilys place in the country. It was perfect as a base for exploring the area and we could return every day to peace, quiet and a lovely home. I enjoyed walking in the hills every morning before heading out. Lily is a great host, very helpful and kind. Thank you Lily!

It was a lovely stay, at a central location, very close to the best cafe's and restaurants, with a beautiful view of the sea, and the sound of waves at the background. Our room was perfectly clean, and our guest very polite and responsive.

The place is new. Meyra was well prepared and the place met all our needs. We had a car and parking was available right outside. We even did laundry while we were there.

The house is a wonderful and quiet residence close to the sea. The host is very humble, the guest who communicates instantly is welcome, if I go again, my first choice will be the same place.
