It was a very comfortable stay for a family of 6. I would like to thank Mr. Coskun for his sensitivity to the needs of the accommodation. We had a pleasant stay without having a water problem in Kusadasi. The children had a lot of fun in the pool. The neighborhood was calm.

Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

The view is great. The pool is clean, private and quite sufficient. The host is very hospitable. We stayed for 4 nights and he offered us a treat every day. Freshly baked pastries, homemade olives, apricots they picked from the tree, everything was so delicious. We rested and had fun. Thank you so much for everything

This is a beautiful home, and Adem is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. This was a great place to stay for a family of 6. We had two children and two grandparents. Great family home. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. If you have a car, this is a an excellent option. We did not have a car, so the walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. There is easy access to public transportation via the “Dolmus” line. The house is a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, a butcher (where one can buy wine, beer, and spirits). Also, there is a delivery service (info on the refrigerator) for groceries, water, etc. We would stay here again!

First of all, I would like to thank the host and Mr. Akif. The photos are exactly as the house is (even more beautiful than the photos). Everything was given to us in a clean and perfect way. We had everything we needed at home. It is close to the center and even to every place to visit in Kuşadası. It was a house that we visited again and again.

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb villa for our holiday, and everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures. This villa is perfect for both family holidays and getaways with friends. The attention to detail was impressive, from the tasteful furniture and kitchen utensils to the comfortable garden furniture. The location is lovely, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and only 2-3 minutes by car. The hosts were responsive, kind, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Lydia’s beautiful home in Samos! The house is very peaceful, with stunning sea views, and perfectly located — close enough to walk to the center if you enjoy a stroll, but still tucked away from the noise. Lydia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even picked us up by car for check-in, which was incredibly thoughtful. She also helped us with a great deal on a car rental from her own business, making everything so easy. Lydia speaks Greek, Turkish, and English fluently, which made communication effortless. Her kindness and hospitality truly made this trip even more special. Highly recommend staying here!

This place is a proper Turkish experience. If you like classic and rustic, but with all mod cons, this is it. Spacious home across three levels, with a courtyard like something from a magazine, and fruit trees and multiple sitting areas; truly beautiful!

The first priority region that can be preferred in Samos is Pythagorion. The amenities around the house are sufficient. The host's interest and relevance and useful guidance on many issues were excellent. Families with children should definitely prefer the house. Psili Ammos, which can be reached by car during the day, is an excellent and peaceful sandy beach. Cafes and restaurants that can be visited in the evening are very close to the house.

This is a beautiful location, in fact you will see pictures of the split of land where the apartment is located on various promotional sites for the town of Kokkari. Very beautiful!

Ayfer abla was a warm and incredibly hospitable host. The view from the house was beautiful. I can say this was the nicest Airbnb we have ever rented. The entrance to the house was private, the furnishings were carefully chosen, and the cleanliness was excellent. The village was lovely, and the garden was full of beautiful flowers and well-designed landscaping. With her sweet conversations, warm smile, and quick responses to all our needs, Ayfer abla was much more than just a host. We are already looking forward to coming back soon. Aris' house was just like in the photos, clean and beautiful, it had exactly what we needed and was very close to a supermarket. Aris was very helpful and available to communicate, helped us with information about the city. We'll be back, thank you so much!

We were here in mid-May and felt very comfortable. Since the townhouse is made of stone, it is very noisy - the neighbors can also be heard clearly in room volume. The location is nevertheless great and central. In summer, the stone building remains nice and cool - in May it was a bit damp. The amenities are great. Kokkari is a lively little tourist town. In the spring, it is not so crowded, so you can stroll through the small shops and enjoy the restaurants. A very special restaurant is 'to tourlou samos' - fantastic food. Look forward to a beautiful island with warm people and many great opportunities!

It was a very nice experience. Naturally peaceful. A house surrounded by nature and the chirping of birds in the morning. The owner is very accommodating. The house is small but works. Great choice for shorter stays

Ms. Zeynep is a nice host. You can quickly answer your questions. Mr. Hakan, who met us, and his wife are also very kind and helpful. Davutlar is calm, the site is full of listening. The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. You can take your evening tea and beach damage to Sevgi Beach and get off. It's fun to watch the sunset. A101, Migros house service is available From Getir de Domino's etc.

Highly recommend with excellent location just a few steps from the beach. The beach has free umbrellas if you are early enough to get one. We really enjoyed the spacious terrace with ocean view. The kitchen and living room were spacious and had all the basics amenities. There was air conditioning in all rooms which worked well. Just a note as other reviews commented on the noise that we did not find it too bad as with all windows closed it would block most of the noise/music. Osman was easy to communicate with and very responsive and flexible with our arrival and departure time.

We love Kuş Adası and as a large family, we needed to rent an additional house. We wanted to have a nice experience. And so it was. First of all, it is within the site, it is away from Traffic and Noise, it is central, it has a Beautiful Pool, it is Clean, it is close to the Sea, it is close to shopping places, I can say that it met all the holiday and facilities I need. The fact that the business provided opportunities in line with the needs, and the rapid support in response to the demand exceeded our expectations. We wish you a nice holiday again in the near future... Also, Tatlis villas have become safe houses for my friends and guests coming from abroad... Thank you 🫶🏼

This home is a little slice of heaven. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs around the world and this has been one of our best experiences. Katerina was so warm and friendly and met us at the property to show us around when we arrived. She provided us with many recommendations and gave us her guide to the island which was great! Full of islander favourites and advice. Once we settled in it just felt like home. We’d been on the road for several weeks and were quite tired so just staying at home, lounging on the hammocks and in the beautiful extensive gardens was just what we needed. It was close to everything but still felt very secluded and peaceful. There were several beautiful beaches near-by, both organised and wild. And several good restaurants too. Thank you Katerina and your family for a wonderful stay in your family home. It was perfect!

very clean and quiet house in a beautiful village. perfectly well-equipped, the upstairs bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. We were greeted by Maria's mother who offered us a delicious cake and a bottle of wine. A great place for those who want to visit Samos outside the tourist centers.
