David is an outstanding host — always available, very friendly, flexible and proactive in communication. He was able to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The studio is very clean, well appointed and perfectly equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable, even long-term stay. I found everything I needed to feel at home. The neighborhood is peaceful, residential and well connected by public transport. In just 15 minutes, we are in Paris, which allows you to enjoy the calm while staying close to the city. In addition, the garden outside offers a pleasant feeling of space — something rare in Paris. I stayed at David's place for a month and couldn't have had a better time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and great hospitality.

If you are looking for a cottage to discover Paris and at the same time enjoy the tranquility and nature, then this cottage is an absolute must. Everything you could possibly need is there, the garden is a paradise! Zeynep and Zouhaïer are friendly hosts and really do everything to make you feel welcome with respect for privacy. We really enjoyed it!

Our stay was perfect, the neighborhood is very quiet and is perfectly connected to all the sights of Paris. The station is a two-minute walk away. Mina was very kind to us and was attentive to everything we needed. Definitely a good choice for staying in Paris.
