The villa is for exclusive use, fully air-conditioned, surrounded by a large private green space; located in the Contrada Case Rosse district, about 3.5 km from Solarino, 30 km from the nearby beaches, it offers a wide view towards Syracuse which is about 20 km away. In the summer season, you can take advantage of a double swimming pool for exclusive use, large solarium with attached outdoor shower. N.B. The swimming pool is open from May 1 to October 15.
