With two cafés across the street, a big grocery shop ICA Maxi around the corner along with several restaurants, you’re always close to amenities. If you want to take a dip, the sea is only a three minutes walk away. Malmö central can also be reached in five minutes by either bike or bus.

You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away.
