Monthly Rentals in Solec, Śródmieście

This place was really nice and cozy, and Kasia is a great host and I am thankful to her because my Warsaw visit went really good. Positive: The flat is clean and very comfortable, you get working oven, washing machine and dishwasher, good working place and a balcony facing peaceful courtyard. The location was a good fit for me, but be aware that it might be quite far from city center/old town for someone. Neutral: I didn't pay attention to it in the description or in the photos, but I was surprised there is no microwave. It feels like absolutely basic thing that you don't even check for. Since it provides washing machine, I guess adding a simple microwave would improve the place a lot. Also note that there is no tv - I also didn't check it and I didn't need it, it actually made the place more cozy, but if it's important to you - be careful. Also would be great to have anti mosquito nets on all windows or at least on bigger window tiles :)

Great apartment and wonderful hosts. The location is central, close to the riverbank with a lot of attractive views and bars. Excellent public transit option.

Located in a historic building. It is a tastefully decorated, spacious, modern and clean apartment, not a far walk from the Modern and Historic areas of Warsaw. Keep in mind there is no elevator, only stairs. Be prepared to carry your luggage, as the apartment is several flights up. Very accommodating and responsive host. Highly recommended overall.

This is a very nice apartment. There is plenty of room, and the main bedroom is particularly large. It is furnished with comfortable furniture. It was equipped with everything I needed. I enjoyed the area in which it is located. Self check-in was simple, with clear instructions. When I had a question, Marcin was very responsive. I very much enjoyed my stay in this apartment.
