This peaceful and cozy house is built in 1791 and is located in nice nature with meadows, leaf and coniferous forest, next to the lake Solgen. The house has a fireplace, tiled stoves and wood stove, is nice and carefully renovated as well as has WiFi and television. At the back there is a lawn with your own garden furniture and grill. In the kitchen there is a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffeemaker. Good hiking and biking as well as 600 meters to the lake where you can swim, fish or just sit and enjoy as well as cows and calves grazing around.

We offer a cozy cottage close to the beautiful town of Eksjö in Småland. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The cottage is fully furnished with a living room with sofa and fireplace, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed. The cottage has a large garden with a BBQ area, as well as a sauna and an outdoor shower. The surroundings are perfect for cycling and walking. With a bit of luck you see deer and foxes from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. April-October we rent out 2 sit-on-top kayaks.

Im Umkreis liegen 3 verschiedene wunderschöne Badeplätze und 150 m vom Haus entfernt kann man vom privaten Badesteg in den Fluss Emån springen oder ins Kanu steigen.

Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 100 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

In front of the cottage, the Solgenån river flows, where you can swim, fish or take a trip with a canoe that is available to borrow. If you are looking for a well-maintained swimming area, Mellby swimming area is a couple of kilometers away. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.
