Private terrace with sun in the afternoon. There is also the possibility of renting a barbecue hut that is located on the property. Hytta har to nydelige strender og brygge med badetrapp og ferskvanndusj 5 minutters spasertur unna. (Delt med 8 hytter). Hytta har utsikt til havet og Tønsbergfjorden med Skjellvika, Stauper og Tjømelandet. Hytta har også utedusj (også ved brygga) og utekjøkken. En terrasse ligger mot syd med grillplass og havutsikt, den andre ligger mot vest med solnedgang og sjø der også. .Hytta ligger godt i terrenget, på toppen av Stigeråsen, men likevel lunt. 3 parkeringsplasser. Man må tåle trapper.

Leies ut til rolige mennesker, for eksempel barnefamilier eller par/venner. Rolige kjæledyr tillatt etter avtale med vert. Ingen røyk inne. Rolig mellom kl. 07-23.

One bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and the other has a bed (120x200) and a smaller bed (190x80). Private parking space in the carport. Modern apartment with private entrance.

Lovely place with panoramic views of Tønsbergfjorden. Large south and east facing terrace. There is a beach right below the cabin, with a jetty and great child-friendly bathing facilities. Large hiking terrain to Tønsberg Tønne - fishing spots and 5 beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin was built in 2000, with a large refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with a family bed.

Bryggerhuset er en del av gården, et gammelt tømmerhus, bygget i 1910. Huset er pusset opp for noen år siden og fremstår som lyst og romslig. Boligen har sengeplass til 7 personer. Det er 3 senger i første etasje. Andre etasje med 4 senger er delt og delvis åpent. Det fremstår som en hems. Det er strømuttak ute med mulighet for lading av el-bil. Gården ligger landlig og åpent.
