Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and tranquility of this cozy house on the beach side. After only a 10-minute walk, you have sand between your toes and a beautiful beach or you are at a train station with frequent departures to Copenhagen (32 min.) or Køge (9 min.). The house has large panoramic windows that bring trees and sky into the living room. In addition to the living room, bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen, the home includes a master bedroom, a smaller bedroom and a large bedroom. All rooms have double beds.

Cottage close to beach and city

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Velkommen til vores hyggelige hus tæt på strand, naturområder samt togstation. Huset er lyst, hyggeligt og perfekt til både par, familier og venner, der ønsker en afslappende ferie. Sommerhuset har 2 lyse soveværelser, en hyggelig stue, et veludstyret køkken samt badeværelse. Der er plads til 4 voksne, og en sammenklappelig ekstraseng kan benyttes ved behov. Thatched villa in Solrød Village

I Solrød Landsby ud mod markerne ligger en 230kvm stråtækt villa, hvor der er plads til hele familien. Normalt bor her en familie på 5. To voksne, to piger på 12 og 6, og en dreng på 10. Vi har fritstående høns, en slange i terrarie (kornsnog) på vores drengs værelse, stor have og masser af plads til leg. I indkørslen er der plads til to biler. Der er 7 min. i bil ned til stationen (S-tog til Kbh) og indkøb, 9 min. til stranden.
