The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Best location at Køge Bay

This unique residence has panoramic views of Køge Bay with a view of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is a large private beach area and a nice jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor total 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/open space/living room, two bedrooms, a closet hallway, and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both upstairs and downstairs, and free parking is available both upstairs and downstairs on the property.

The house is located on Tåstrupvej, which makes it easy to get to and from Copenhagen You are also close to the South Coast's best beach. It takes 10 minutes by bike. Køge is located at a distance of 10 km, which is definitely worth a visit, with good restaurants

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Der er sengetøj, håndklæder, shampoo mm, så I kan rejse let og bare nyde ferien. Der er et veludstyret køkkenområde med køleskab og vask.
