A very beautiful, well-equipped mountain chalet. A very welcoming location and hosts. We recommend it without hesitation. Thank you very much for this stay, which is always too short.

We loved our stay at Siv's house and would definitely stay there again. The views across the fjord were stunning and the peace and privacy were marvellous. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It is a great area to explore. We went across as foot passengers on the small car ferry from the village of Solvorn to Urnes to visit the UNESCO Urnes Stavchurch, went on a walk up to Jostedalsbreen Glacier, and there are some fantastic mountain hikes close by.

We LOVED our time here at Kirsten's place in Hafslo! Kirsten met us on our arrival and showed us our unit, then offered and provided a cup of coffee with her homemade pastry, which was yummy! She was always helpful and friendly... It was nice to meet her hubby, Doug too! The unit itself had lots of room, was clean with lots of thoughtful touches, the bed was comfy, the shower had plenty of pressure and was easy to regulate, although the enclosure was very small--typical of most of the Airbnb's we've stayed at here in Norway and Iceland... The VIEW--just AWESOME sitting out on the deck with our morning coffee or afternoon wine! Very peaceful and beautiful... Also, felt very Norwegian authentic in the neighborhood--felt like there were no tourists in the area... Recommend Kvam Guiding Service Guided boat/eBike rental and doing the ride up to Tungestoelen cafe--Spectacularly Beautiful! It is a long ride back though... Highly Recommend this place!!
