Cabin holiday rentals in Sommen

We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren. The beautiful nature and the many leisure opportunities have made the holiday particularly relaxing. The sauna house with the hot tube was simply indescribably beautiful in a clear starry sky. Particularly noteworthy is the very personal, fair and fast communication with Julia and Pelle.

We enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s converted barn. It is in a very convenient location, just off the main road down a small lane, at the end of which is a petrol station and supermarket. It is only a short stroll into the pretty centre where you can find historical sights of interest, pretty streets , independent shops and a variety of restaurants. Kathy has taken great care in ensuring the barn is comfortable and clean, ensuring her guests have all they will need for their stay. The bed is comfortable and she provides good quality linens and towels. The hot tub was immaculate and a real treat, as was the cava and chocolates that were part of our welcome package. Kathy’s attention to detail makes this accommodation stand apart from others. Thank you Kathy.

Great location, it was so peaceful. It's cozy and we immediately felt right at home. Just the sounds of birds and wind in the trees. We loved the hot tub! on our second day we saw a moose just 3 mins from the cabin. Nox was very responsive and proactive with the communication. Would definitely come back again!

Cozy cottage that has everything you need except TV, but that was stated in the advertisement.

The gas bottle for the grill was out, but it worked out by us having to drive to a gas station and buy and the host paid to me, so it was ok. Guess it was the guests before us who ran out of the gas without notifying the host.

Super cozy place and plenty of room for the whole girl gang!

Everything was perfectly fine. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Very nice stay! The accommodation was well suited for a weekend for 6 adults, well equipped kitchen, nice living room, large terrace with hot tub and very nice garden overlooking Lake Lake. Maja was a very good host, easy and quick communication, great tips about the area and walks. We felt very welcome. The surroundings are very close to nature and lovely. Would love to visit again!

Quiet, peaceful, end-of-the-road with a fantastic view, yet a few minutes drive to shops, restaurants, and the ferry to Visingso! And then a nicely-furnished, well-appointed, spacious home, with a responsive host, all at a reasonable price. It doesn't get any better than this place and host!

We had a great stay. Contact with Genet was quick and smooth. The little house was nice. Maybe a little high price but on the other hand very sweet and good that coffee / tea and cleaning are included. Quiet area with walking distance to the center.

The location is fantastic – in the middle of pristine Swedish nature, surrounded by forests and lakes. Peace, fresh air and pure nature! The separate guesthouse was perfect for our traveling daughter – plenty of space and privacy for everyone. A real highlight was the private sauna: ideal for relaxing after long walks through the countryside. We were particularly pleased that dogs are welcome. Our four-legged friend enjoyed the large garden and nature as much as we did. The house is very lovingly decorated, sparkling clean and excellently equipped – you immediately notice how much heart the hosts put into it. The contact was friendly and uncomplicated, the check-in hassle-free. We would come back anytime – a real secret tip for anyone looking for relaxation in nature!

Cozy hut on a unique location!

Our stay in Ödeshög was great! The cottage was clean, well furnished and equipped with all comforts. We felt right at home. The area is beautiful - peaceful nature, beautiful hiking trails and Lake Vättern a short distance away. This accommodation is highly recommended for those looking for peace and beautiful nature. We'd love to come back!

Fantastic nice place. Great cabin, everything was great. There was a trampoline, slide, swing board, etc. Our 5-year-old daughter is also super happy. Close to Astrid Lindgren's world. Very smooth check-in. Very nice host. We'll be back here next time

We had a great few days in the cottage and especially for the children it was a special experience. The place was even more friendly on site than in the photos. There are many beautiful forests and lakes to discover in the area.

Lovely Little House, beautiful interior and nice details like a bag for grocery shopping and fly screens that you don’t get with every airbnb. Loved the little garden, very very quiet and Maria was very nice and helpful during our stay.

Very nice accommodation that exceeded expectations. My relatives stayed over in connection with a major celebration and they were enthusiastic about how nicely decorated it was and they slept very well. Very smooth information. Very affordable! We will book again!

This typical Swedish red cottage is really in a fantastic location if you are looking for the peace and nature that Sweden has to offer! We thought the somewhat remote location was a huge advantage. The cottage has all the comforts for a nice stay. The cottage is very clean and complete. Clasina responds quickly, friendly and helpful. We had four wonderful weeks here with our family with three children! Highly recommended.

Great place to stay, close to amazing nature for hiking, biking and kayaking.

We stayed in this great house for 1 week, preferably fishing. It's great that a paddle boat is provided and the lake is a dream. We caught a lot of pikes but not a perch ! Strange but true :D Tip: at the very back under the bridge , you can take the boat to the other side of the lake! Great place and everything as described !

The cabin exceeded our expectations. We held New Year in Karl's cabin inside a forest between Nassjö and Eksjö and it was just as it should be. Lovely quiet and quite undisturbed. Karl was great at giving recommendations for activities we could do, as well as appropriate length of hiking trails around. He was even very proactive when we got to make a few mistakes in the kitchen that he kindly took care of. We felt welcome in the old converted soldier's cabin and are strongly considering coming back on a 'get away' in the cozy cabin.

We had a wonderful stay in the house with our daughter. The house was equipped with everything you need and furnished with attention to detail. Communication with Sara and Ben went smoothly and they responded faster and faster.
