House in the Nivegy Valley Small house near Balaton

In the immediate vicinity of the Kali pool, we offer a newly renovated little house in the Nivegy Valley for rent. The house has 34 m2: 1 room, 1 fully equipped small kitchen and 1 bathroom. It's ideal for two people, but 1-2 people can sleep on the open couch as needed. There is also a dishwasher, micro, and washing machine in the kitchen. The Cottage does not have a garden. The village is quiet and has a delightful view from several points at the top of the valley. Lake Balaton is 8 km, the nearest beach is Zánka.

With its private wine terrace and peaceful setting among the vines, it’s the perfect place to savor the estate’s own wines. :) From the lookout, you have stunning panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Mornings begin with birdsong, and you might even spot deer and rabbits wandering nearby. A big terrace, vineyard, and cozy fireplace complete the experience. Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy two terraces and a large garden. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Our guest house is located on Horse Mountain, in the Balaton Uplands. You can relax in a calm and quiet area, and the panoramic view of Lake Balaton from the terrace will only crown your relaxation. The shore of Lake Balaton is close by, but many attractions and programs await the visitors even in less suitable times. Our guest house is also a good starting point for hiking and cycling trips. Excellent restaurants and wine cellars await those who are attracted to culinary experiences.

Lake Balaton 1 minute walk! From October 1 to April 26, only this one apartment is in operation, so no one else is on the property during this period! Intimacy is guaranteed! The apartment also has an outdoor WELLNESS area, which consists of a premium light and sound therapy JACUZZI and a light and aromatherapy HARVIA FINN SAUNA. Our guests love our apartment because they are surrounded by beautiful gardens, terraces, barbecue, cozy, private WELLNESS, birdsong and LAKE BALATON!

Our house offers a quiet retreat in the middle of orchards, vines, and fields, where you don't have to give up on modern and clean comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want silence, you don't have to move out, the sun goes around the building, it's impossible to enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood and the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we cannot accommodate children (0-16 years)

Az udvaron szép környezetben egy kerti Tó található , mely fűrdőzésre is alkalmas . Központ 3km autóval könnyen meg közelíthető élelmiszer bolt , étterem . Közelben a híres Csisztapusztai termálfürdő is megtalálható.

If you want something cozy near the Beach club then this romantic little house is waiting for you! In the twin house there is a bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room, upstairs there are two small bedrooms and a large terrace for guests. In case of cooler weather, you can heat a wood-burning tile stove. There is no air conditioning. Parking is available in front of the property for free.Tihany centre is 30 minutes walk. Balatonfüred is 10 minutes by car.
