The apartment is in the President Building. It is an apartment with ocean and beach views, very bright, modern and fully equipped with furniture and new beds. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed. The equipped kitchen, with air conditioning, has a swimming pool. In the lowlands it has a supermarket and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Cala Better is a family and quiet area. It has one of the best beaches on the island.

There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

Lavendel Apartments is located 300 meters from Puerto Beach, in Colonia Sant Jordi. All apartments have a balcony overlooking the garden. They have satellite TV, a safe and a kitchenette. The cleaning service is offered every three days and is included in the price, so you will always have the apartment organized. Towels and sheets are changed periodically during the stay. They have a free and well-equipped space for their customers' bicycles.
