With a short distance to Gautefall, the cabin is a comfortable starting point for holidays, long weekends, and nature experiences.

Recharge your batteries in this nice cabin with an undisturbed location. My husband, who is an architect, designed it. The cabin is a small gem with soul and character. The interior is simple and harmonious with fine colors and authentic materials that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Invites peace and quiet. No TV. There are good opportunities for outdoor life in summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Bedsheets, towels, firewood, and laundry are included in the price!

Great location cottage from 2011, with large flat natural plot and undisturbed outdoor area. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Efficient floor plan - entrance, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and open living room/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entrance December 2024. Installed heat pump 2025. Pets allowed by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of big game hunting.

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

Sjøstua

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, completely secluded with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with amazing views. The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

Cottage for rent, 1.5 km from E18 at Sørlandsporten in Risør municipality. It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. We invite you to idyllic surroundings between mountain and lake. Our 30 m2 Lyngebu cabin is located at Ånudsbuoddane cabin area, by the lake Nisser in the heart of Telemark (5 min to Treungen city center with several shops, 15 min to Gautefall ski center, walking distance to water, mountain trails). We also offer a rowboat, so the area can be explored from the water. Here you get the best view of the lake and mountains with all the comforts to enjoy your stay!
