Kick back and relax in this stylish, yet cozy apartment with a view of the garden “Kammas Have” in the up-and-coming Carlsberg area. You have shopping, metro, two scenic parks and restaurants right around the corner. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a specious common room/kitchen and a lovely balcony. It is perfect for couples, friends or a young family, as the second bedroom has a sofa bed that can fit two. The building is from 2021 and has an elevator and paid parking in the basement.

Enjoy a cozy bohemian experience at this centrally-located place. Only minutes walk from Enghave Plads with lots of cafes, restaurants, metro and nightlife. Tucked away, just next to a lush park. You won’t get any of the nightlife sounds during your stay, yet you are within walking distance from it all on Vesterbro. Central station if merely a 15 minute walk, or the nearest metro is just a few minutes walk away. This is my full time home and I rent out when on vacation. It is fully functional.
