There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

I would labelled it as "One-stop service apartment" - Massage service; F&B; hair saloon; and convenient shop. It's all within the service apartment, an ideal place if you are lazy to go out. Hosts are attentive and responsive, thanks for having me...

There are so many good things to say here after a months stay. Firstly after 18 months of travelling this is literally the cleanest air bnb I’ve been in. Super friendly and accommodating hosts including late checkout. Use of ideo coworking/library and pool was an unexpected bonus. Super friendly and helpful security guards. This is a small unit but it has everything you need in a very convenient location. I’d 100% recommend it.

I arrived late at night. Yodsakam met me personally to the apartment and explained key things. The property was clean and functional. The only disappointing aspect is the distance to either the BTS or MRT. However, this is adequately explained within the listing so shouldn't be a surprise. On the plus side the apartment is located on the top floor of the 27 Level Condo with an excellent view, the included gym and pool facilities are above average. If you like a nice quiet place to dray and you do not nerd to be close to the BTS or MRT then this place is ideal.
