Very cozy cabin in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and fantastic scenery. It also has Ballbinge and Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is located only 10 minutes from R9, 20 minutes from Vennesla, 30 minutes from Kristiansand, and 45 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo. It is 100 meters from cycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

The cabin has a large jetty on the downside of the cabin. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest bathing temperature in the sea/Norway (travel radio). Short distance to the zoo, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope on the front side but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with table and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV screens. Beautiful natural surroundings with a short walking distance to the lake where you can borrow canoes, swim or barbecue in the lean-to. The cabin is located on the edge of a small cliff, so here you get a good feeling of height. The cabin is well insulated, equipped with a wood stove, small kitchen with everything you need, indoor toilet and 3 bedrooms as well as a loft with room for 3 people. 60m away is Harkmark's observation tower
