Nice little apartment with great views for max. 4 people in Schnifis. The village is located on the sunny slope of the Walgau in the Dreiklang hiking area, with a paragliding school in the village. Schnifis has a small grocery store, tennis, soccer, beach volleyball and children's playground and a natural lake. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the ski resorts in the Great Walser Valley, Damüls, Brandnertal, Montafon or Laterns. Day trips to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance are possible.

Ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes, Lake Constance in 35 minutes. The Dornbirn Exhibition Park is 25 minutes away, and the Brandnertal Bike Park is only 15 minutes away. Enjoy the view of the mountains and valley from the sunny side of the mountain. Hiking trails are within walking distance, and in winter the journey is also easy without winter equipment.

The hut is located at 1200 meters above sea level, in the Groß Walsertal, in Austria surrounded by hay meadows, in a fantastically beautiful secluded location. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Urlaub in den Alpen Unsere neu renovierte Ferienwohnung in den Bergen (1000 m ü. A.) stellt für jede/n eine warme und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Bleibe zum vernünftigen Preis dar. Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.
