Our family had a fantastic stay over a long weekend. The house was immaculate and location was very peaceful. It had every amenity we could have wanted and some wonderful extra touches. Our kids loved the game room and hammocks. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent stay in a clean, well-equipped home We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—the place was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. One minor quibble: the coffee maker was tiny and could only brew two cups at a time, which was a bit inconvenient for our group. The location is fantastic—just about an hour’s drive to Yosemite National Park, making it an ideal base for exploring. The community was undergoing construction, and some roads were closed during our visit. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes to enter and pay the $50 entrance fee, which was frustrating. It’s worth asking the host for an update on access or checking ahead before booking.

Jacque was a very accommodating host. She was very responsive to any questions posed. Her property is amazingly beautiful and we had complete privacy. The views were magnificent and the area has tons of history. I would definitely return here.

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful cabin! Our family of 7 were very comfortable! From the time that I booked, the communication was great. the home was as described. peaceful, quiet and beautiful setting. My granddaughter and I named the wild turkeys, deer , hummingbirds and lizards that we saw!The kids had an amazing time in the loft, and I thoroughly enjoyed the deck and hot tub. Convenient to the lake, swimming pool and little town of Groveland, about a one hour drive to Yosemite Valley. I highly recommend Jeff and Gina's home!

This is an extremely comfortable home with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Brian has lots of great recommendations for restaurants, etc. The property is a good spot for touring Yosemite Valley. The local lake is very nice for sunsets. We would stay again.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The entire home was spotless, the running water was warm, and the property was peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

My family had a lovely stay at the Reverie! Manda was absolutely wonderful at making sure we had everything we needed and as comfortable as possible. She even dropped off fresh pastries and coffee, which were delicious! As with any home away from home, there were some clear pros and cons to the Reverie: Pros - lotssss of space, great for big families/groups (the house is huge!), wonderful nature and wildlife, fabulous amenities, comfortable spaces to hang both inside and outside, coffee bar is legit!, very comfy and modern. Cons - the house is located on a semi-busy road and not totally secluded, the main kitchen is a bit limited in cookware and the guest house kitchen has next to nothing so if you’re big on cooking this can be a challenge Overall the Reverie is an outstanding place to stay and a great jumping off point to all kids of fun in the area. Manda truly is a fine host and you will be in great hands!

our stay at Natalie’s place was absolutely wonderful. We were a family of 8 and two dogs. We really loved how dog friendly the yard and house was. This place is also family friendly with many games and books for kids. The house was clean, had everything you need to cook meals. We cooked all of our meals and Natalie’s kitchen made this so easy. We used the wrap around deck to sit and drink coffee when the snow stopped. overall the house was perfect.

Fantastic house in a beautiful rural setting! The house is spotless and spacious. Well-appointed kitchen and pantry. First Airbnb we’ve stayed in that actually has storage containers for leftover food! Plenty of paper products, bath supplies and towels. Comfortable sun room and covered porch for relaxing. Hosts are very responsive! The setting is beautiful - very rural. It was fun to cook at home and relax at the house. Strong WiFi. The towns of Murphys (shops, pubs, eateries) and Arnold (Big Trees State Park is beautiful!) are each a 40 minute drive. Would definitely return to this beautiful home!

Me and girlfriend stayed at David’s cabin and enjoyed our 2 days there. There was a lot of board games at the cabin and had fun playing some. David also gave clear instructions and explained how to work all appliances that are in the cabin which gave us confidence and comfort to enjoy our stay to the fullest.

This place was the perfect retreat after a long ride. We felt right at home and are looking forward to staying next year

Philip and Hannah were great host! The place itself looked just like the images provided and they had plenty of extra amenities that were not listed ( kitchen wise - spices , etc ) Overall they were very responsive and understanding ! - very organized when it comes to questions around the house and you’ll find sticky notes answering those questions !!

Just absolutely wonderful and exactly like the photos. A real sense of just being in a beautiful and beautifully designed space full of perfect touches. I stayed a month and was very sad to leave! Aria was a great host and go-between with the rather draconian guardians of the gated community (every delivery has to be individually called in and you need a weekly pass to drive through the gate). Being a mile from the lake was wonderful as was the drive up the mountain. And of course you are close to Yosemite. Could not recommend it more highly.

Loved our stay here! The house was spacious to share with a group and great for kids (stairs were manageable for and loved the bunk room). We loved the cozy fireplace, coffee options, and all the beautiful private setting. We were also easily able to get groceries at the market nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable beds (I like firm beds) with pressed linens. Nice quality towels. Thoughtful bottles of water at the nightstands for those dry, high altitude nights. Good airflow for sleeping. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the deck for Star gazing and for morning coffee. Well stocked kitchen tools for cooking. Lara was easy to communicate with and very thoughtful. Had a great weekend under the sugar pines!

We absolutely enjoyed our visit, it was without doubt one of the best places we stayed during our travels! The house is very cozy and tasteful and we loved the well equipped kitchen. Special appreciation for all the doggie things Eric got ready for us! We shall be back despite the 10+ hrs drive, it was definitely worth it!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was incredibly relaxing, with comfortable beds we’ve slept in while traveling. Everything was easy to find and well-organized, making our stay stress-free. As a family traveling with two young girls, we especially appreciated how kid-friendly the space was—tons of toys, games, and entertainment options kept them happy and engaged, giving us parents a chance to truly relax. A perfect spot for families, and we’d absolutely stay again!

Place was great and worked out well for our visit to dodge ridge. Only hiccup was when we got there the house temp was 43 deg and it took a while for it to warm up. On the first night every blanket in house was used to stay warm. Once it was warm it was great though.

It's a super peaceful, clean, comfortable, and spacious place. If you want to disconnect from everyday chaos and find complete tranquility, I highly recommend this place. Hosts are very responsive and there to answer any of your questions. Calavera Caverns are a 3-minute drive from the place, Murphy's wine tasting room and restaurants are a 30-40 minute drive, and Calaveras Big Trees National Park is a 45-minute drive. We'll definitely come back!

The place makes you feel right at home, it’s very cozy but not closed in. Very airy flow of the house with spot less bathrooms and bedrooms. Our granddaughters enjoyed the playground very much and the creek right across the street. The coffee pods was like the cherry on top, compared to the hotel accommodations and prices in the area, it was well worth it.

We had an amazing stay at Maitreyee's cabin. The cabin is exactly as described, spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen, great comfy beds. The cabin is on a very safe neighbourhood perfect for families or solo travellers alike. we were family of 5, had a great time and would definitely come back ! Maitreyee was super responsive, appreciate her prompt communication!
