Enjoy the modern bathroom, walk-in shower, as well as the bright fully equipped kitchen. The large living room invites you to relax on the couch with Netflix & Xbox. Here you can access the bedroom through the wing door, which gives the room light! On the terrace you can relax by the fire! The fireplace is just decoration!

Das Appartement besteht aus einem Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa (mit durchgehender Matratze) sowie einem Schlafzimmer. -Smart-TV und Balkon. Im separaten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett und ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank. Dort ist auch ein heller, großer Schreibtisch vorhanden. Dort kann auch die 5 Person auf dem Extrabett schlafen. Die Betten sind bereits bezogen und Handtücher liegen bereit.

Die renovierte Unterkunft liegt ca. 2 km von Alpen,9km von Xanten und 11km von Wesel entfernt ,am idyllischen Niederrhein.Zum Strandbad in Menzelen Ost sind es ca. 2 km. Die ganze Etage ist mit Naturkorkboden inklusive Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Im Box Springbett 1.8x2 Meter, kann man richtig schön relaxen. Die neue Küche ist komplett ausgestattet(Senseo Kaffeemaschine).Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Whirlpool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Für E Autos gibt es eine Wallbox zum Laden.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. This beautiful, freshly renovated apartment invites you to relax. There are many opportunities for recreation and leisure activities. Here is a small overview of the Irrland in Twisteden, Wunderland Kalkar, the Maasduinen and the Leukermeer with marina, the Roman city of Xanten with its north and south seas with many possibilities for leisure activities. A baby bed and 2 travel beds and a sofa bed are provided.

Idyllic apartment in the countryside. Great starting point for various bike tours around the Lower Rhine. Beautiful old manor house from 1870 has been lovingly restored and modernized where necessary. The apartment is on the ground floor. In summer you can enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Start your bike tour directly from the front door. Between the air spa of Xanten, the city of Geldern and the pilgrimage site of Kevelaer lies the small town of Kapellen an der Fleuth. The Dutch border is also not far away for excursions. There is a small corner store which - just like the bakery and the post office - is within walking distance. There is also an Italian restaurant and a snack bar in the village. There is a small weekly market once a week.

Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Our garden apartment is on the raised ground floor of an Art Nouveau house from 1906. You have two rooms with a total of 90 square meters at your disposal. A living room and bedroom and a kitchen-living room. All windows and the sunny terrace overlook the garden. Our library invites you to read. Enjoy relaxed and spacious living in a quiet location in the center of Düsseldorf. The large shaker table can also be used for meetings with up to 6 people.

On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields.
