Beautiful old manor house from 1870 has been lovingly restored and modernized where necessary. The apartment is on the ground floor. In summer you can enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Start your bike tour directly from the front door. Between the air spa of Xanten, the city of Geldern and the pilgrimage site of Kevelaer lies the small town of Kapellen an der Fleuth. The Dutch border is also not far away for excursions. There is a small corner store which - just like the bakery and the post office - is within walking distance. There is also an Italian restaurant and a snack bar in the village. There is a small weekly market once a week.

Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. Enjoy relaxed and spacious living in a quiet location in the center of Düsseldorf. The large shaker table can also be used for meetings with up to 6 people.
