Perfect for mountain hiking and hunting. High standard with heating in the living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and laundry room. Enjoy views of the mountains with a cuppa around our round dining table or BBQ marshmallows on the terrace . We would like to have children visit and have both an IKEA baby chair, baby bed, toys and games that would like to be used.

Newly renovated (2020/21) cabin on Småsetran with great views of Røros and walking distance to shops, restaurants and museums in Røros. Smallsetran is located in the protected part of Røros and is therefore part of the cultural heritage. The cabin has all the comforts, large kitchen (with dishwasher), large bathroom (with washing machine and dryer), fireplace, sofa and 3 bedrooms with space for five/six people. In winter, just buckle up your skis outside the door and walk straight up the slope to Avholdshytta and Skåkåsen.

There are a total of 5 beds The cabin is a good starting point for day trips to, among others, Hornet , Snydda or Blåhø. There are also many other hiking opportunities in the beautiful valley. In the summer you can visit the wonderful sandy beach Rauøra by Gjevilvatnet or buy a bite to eat at Gjevilvasshytta.
