On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, then a second bedroom with a double bed. In the mezzanine, a bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Bedding included. On the ground floor, a bathroom and a toilet.

It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar. Everyone involved in this project put a lot of love in it, which I hope you’ll be able to feel when staying here.
