Beautiful studio with terrace at the foot of the Albères

Come and relax in this peaceful and comfortable property. A large studio (35 m2, completely separate and with its own entrance from the house which it was once part of), located right in the heart of the village and within 200m distance to shops and restaurants. The studio has its own private terrace and no immediate neighbours, providing a beautiful view onto the Albère mountains. Perfectly situated for hiking (just a few minutes' walk away) and with beaches accessible in just 10 mins by car!

Nelly built terraced house of 50m2 (538 sq ft) with spacious outdoors, swimming pool (shared with us), view on "les Albères. Sorède is advantageously located between sea and mountain. It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

23 m2 studio, with south-facing patio, view of the Albères. In private property (shared entrance with the host but accommodation well isolated from the main house). Very quiet neighborhood, 8 min walk to the center of the village. Amenities: 2 single beds (joinable), kitchen, shower and separate toilet. Only supplementary heating and blankets available, not suitable in case of very bad weather. Simple and natural atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and starting hikes, no TV, no pool.

We had a great time in the Happy Valley; this place is aptly named! I don't know what the essence of a tree embalms this valley with a deeply soothing atmosphere. Our place was easy to access, with a reserved parking spot; it contains the essential amenities for a stay. Our hosts, were the icing 🍒 on top. Welcoming, available, good advice and caring people; we can only thank them and advise all guests in love with calm and nature to spend their stay with our charming hosts Eric and Laurence.
