Le Rive 1 - Relax & Garden near Lake Orta

Create great memories in this unique, family-friendly accommodation. The apartment consists of a living room with a dining area and a sofa bed with a square and a half, an open kitchen (oven and freezer), a smart TV, access to a private outdoor area equipped with a table and garden chairs, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom. With an external and separate entrance, there is another double bedroom complete with a bathroom. The property has large common outdoor spaces with another apartment.

Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.
