I had a wonderful 3-night stay here. Everything in the house was perfect — very clean, well-equipped with everything I needed, and exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the house is stunning, and having private parking right in front was super convenient. The host, Piera, is incredibly nice and caring — she made sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Dolomites. It’s truly one of my favorite stays! 🥰🥰🥰

Utilisateur depuis de nombreuses années des lieux de résidence proposés par la plateforme, je dois avouer avoir très rarement trouvé un lieu d'une telle qualité. Situé au cœur du village, à proximité immédiate des commerces, l'appartement comporte un garage privé fermé, avec télécommande, très appréciable lorsqu'on est confronté aux difficultés récurrentes de stationnement de la région. Tranquillité, propreté, nombreux équipements, décoration de goût, espaces conviviaux, sanitaires privatifs dans chaque chambre, instructions claires: Tout a été parfait! Je recommande vivement.

The hosts were always responsive. The apartment is cozy with great view, new furniture with everything you need. Very close to some of the ski slopes. 15-minutes away by foot from the center of Moena. One little thing - sometimes it was not warm enough and it was hard for us to dry our things.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Aufgrund von starkem Verkehr kamen wir sehr spät an und Carlo hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Es ist alles schön eingerichtet und man bekommt einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Bach. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum und man kann viele Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Carlo nur empfehlen, alles war wunderbar und unkompliziert.

Alloggio nuovo appena ristrutturato, in posizione centrale con comodo parcheggio privato e riservato. In circa 5 minuti a piedi si può arrivare al centro di Predazzo in cui sono comodi una selezione di bar, un centro commerciale e altri servizi. Inoltre a circa 400 metri è presente la miglior hamburgeria del Trentino. L'alloggio è molto pulito, arredato con gusto e stile moderno. È perfetto per coppie e famiglie. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare e del forno. Denise è sempre disponibile e molto gentile. Davvero consigliato.
