Small charming house from 1909. On the ground floor there is a hall, a kitchen with a wood stove, a living room and a bedroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. On the ground floor there is an earth basement, recreation room with fireplace and a toilet with shower and washing machine. The open plot of 7000 m2 slopes in the south, has a stream and a pond, beautifully located in a quiet place between field, mountain and forest. The jogging track from Hunnebostrands passes on two sides. A beautiful walk through the forest leads into the community, about 1.5 km.

Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area on the scenic Härnäset. It is close to saltwater swimming and many hiking trails, including the coastal trail. The area is very popular with climbers. Possibility of charging with type 2 charger for electric car. Lysekil with all the services you need is 25 km away and the nearest grocery store is 6 km from the property.
