On the ground floor there is an earth basement, recreation room with fireplace and a toilet with shower and washing machine. The open plot of 7000 m2 slopes in the south, has a stream and a pond, beautifully located in a quiet place between field, mountain and forest. The jogging track from Hunnebostrands passes on two sides. A beautiful walk through the forest leads into the community, about 1.5 km.

About 5 minutes walk to Kungshamn's nice exercise loop with associated outdoor gym and obstacle course for the children

Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

House in Lyse, Lysekil

Peaceful accommodation in wonderful nature. Up on the mountain next to the house you have one of the West Coast's most spectacular views. You'll see Lysekil, Smögen and open North Sea. Unbeatable sunsets! Close to the old coastal community Skalhamn with natural harbor, large boat marina and restaurant. Grocery stores, restaurants, Havets hus etc. are in Lysekil. 12 min by car. Choose from natural beaches, cliffs and kid-friendly baths. 5 minutes by car. Hiking trails and golf course in the nearby area. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Newly renovated house of 63 well-planned square meters. Two smaller bedrooms with 90 cm wide beds. One larger bedroom with one 160 cm wide bed. In the large cottage there is a sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide if you make it out. The kitchen has an induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, sparkling machine and coffee maker. In the main cabin there is a freshly assembled fireplace and space to sit 6-8 people at the kitchen table. TV with standard range of channels, as well as wireless Wi-Fi. Guest house with a bedroom.

Also close to famous tourist destinations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

The house has a unique overview of a valley and river, running into the sea. The tranquility of nature can be enjoyed while still being very central and close to shops.
