Small charming house from 1909. On the ground floor there is a hall, a kitchen with a wood stove, a living room and a bedroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. On the ground floor there is an earth basement, recreation room with fireplace and a toilet with shower and washing machine. The open plot of 7000 m2 slopes in the south, has a stream and a pond, beautifully located in a quiet place between field, mountain and forest. The jogging track from Hunnebostrands passes on two sides. A beautiful walk through the forest leads into the community, about 1.5 km.

Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

Close to the sea

Newly renovated house of 63 well-planned square meters. Two smaller bedrooms with 90 cm wide beds. One larger bedroom with one 160 cm wide bed. In the large cottage there is a sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide if you make it out. The kitchen has an induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, sparkling machine and coffee maker. In the main cabin there is a freshly assembled fireplace and space to sit 6-8 people at the kitchen table. TV with standard range of channels, as well as wireless Wi-Fi. Guest house with a bedroom.

We rent out our newly renovated apartment in the basement of our summer house. The house is centrally located with five minutes walking distance to the sea, swimming, cliffs, the beach street's summer stalls and high class restaurants In addition to seaside experiences, there are plenty of hiking trails and climbing opportunities. 15 min by car from Smögen and Kungshamn

Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

Nära vandringsleder, promenad i skog eller utmed havet. Cykel till bad på 5 min. Nybakt finns i Stenugnsbageriet 300 m. Bil till Smögen,Hunnebo, Bovallstrand på 10-15 min. Nära det gamla kustsamhället Skalhamn med naturlig hamn, stor båtmarina och restaurang. Mataffärer, restauranger, Havets hus m.m. finns i Lysekil. 12 min med bil. Välj mellan naturstränder, klippor och barnvänliga bad. 5 min med bil. Vandringsleder och golfbana i närområdet. Cyklar finns att låna.

Beautifully located authentic cabin close to the sea in the little fisherman’s-village of Bovallstrand, on the Swedish west-coast. The house has a unique overview of a valley and river, running into the sea. The tranquility of nature can be enjoyed while still being very central and close to shops. You are welcome to enjoy my house as your own and I am so happy I can share my thrill for this treasure with all of you. You are most welcome!

The apartment is normally rented to 2 people but as there are 2 extra beds, it is also suitable for a family with children. Double bed in en-suite bedroom. The 2 extra beds are in the living room. Approximately 2-3 km to the city center, shops, bus stop. Free parking for 1 car.
