Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artists' café (on weekends and every day in the summer.) Also close to famous tourist destinations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

Here you live in one of Kungshamn's coziest cottages! Close to everything, 200 meters to the harbor, 100 meters to grocery store, restaurants and shops. The cabin is located on a quiet and peaceful street. Cozy patios and high cozy factor indoors. 6 beds are available in the sleeping loft (not free standing height) but you can also sleep 2 people in the sofa bed on v 1. Most amenities are available, just bring sheets, duvet and pillows are there. Swimming areas are within an 8-10 minute walk.

Quiet location about 300 m from the sea and restaurants, 4 minutes to the harbour and boats to Smögen. Scenic walking trail and outdoor gym nearby. 1 parking included.

In till centrum tar man sig enkelt där finner man ett utbud av caféer, restauranger, butiker, matvaruhandel och övrig service såsom apotek, blomsterhandel och frisör.

The apartment is normally rented to 2 people but since there are 2 extra beds, it is also suitable for a family with children. Double bed in private bedroom. The 2 extra beds are in the living room. Approximately 2-3 km to the city center, shops, bus stop. Free parking for 1 car.

Centrally located between Hunnebostrand and Smögen

This property is close to nature directly adjacent to Sotenäsleden with only 500 meters to Sotekanalen and Ramsvikslandet. Nevertheless, you can easily bike to both Hunnebostrand's center (3.5 km) and to Smögen/Kungshamn (5 km). Only 100 meters from the bus stops, it also provides good opportunities to transport between the communities.
