After a short walk, you are down at the harbor where swimming areas, shops and restaurants are located. The kitchen is fully equipped (no dishwasher). Two beds are in the bedroom and the living room has an open floor plan. There is a bed and a sofa bed for two people. Tiled toilet/shower with washing machine. At the entrance there is a terrace and a parking space.

Our cottage is located in the middle of popular Skalhamn. With just a five-minute walk, you can reach lovely rock pools and not far from there is the nearest sandy beach. The cottage is also within walking distance of both the restaurant and café at Basteviksholmarna. The nearest grocery store in Lysekil is about 15 minutes away by car. There is also the state off-license, Havets Hus, shops, restaurants, cafés, etc. If you are interested in golf, there is also Holma golf course, about 20 minutes' drive from Skalhamn.

Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artists' café (on weekends and every day in the summer.) Also close to famous tourist destinations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

The nearest swimming area is about 4 km away and 6 km away you have Nordens Ark with all its animals and its traditional midsummer celebration. For those who golf, Sotenäs GK is only one kilometer away and there you can walk. And if you like to hike in the woods, just walk on Soteleden, which almost passes by the house.

Cleaning is not included but if you do not want to clean yourself, you can order cleaning for an additional fee of 900 SEK. No pets.
