Downstairs, there is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a tiled bathroom with shower. Here you will also find a large TV room with sofa and large screen TV. The house has a large balcony on the ground floor with dining area for 8 and with stairs down to a huge wooden deck where the Jacuzzi, sunbeds, outdoor furniture and dining area for 10 are available. The whole house is top modern with all the luxury that may be needed and with the latest equipment. Broadband is connected throughout the house.

Welcome to rent our fantastic villa just outside Kungshamn/Smögen during the summer. There are 7 beds and 6 places to sleep distributed among 3 sofa beds. So, a total of 13 sleeping places. We have a large Terrace Pool that accommodates 12-14 people, heated to 38 degrees. There is also a charger for your electric car to borrow at no extra cost. In the garage, we have a hobby room where you have access to a gym, ping pong, darts, etc. The garden is framed with a fence and has a lot of fun for the kids to play with.
