Caroline and Gilles are very warm and friendly hosts who were immediately available for questions. The listing is as described in the photos. It is a truly exceptional, very large apartment. The living room (formerly the station hall) resembles a museum, Caroline and Gilles have collected old station utensils and pictures and exhibited them there. The house and garden are lovingly restored and designed, the two have invested a lot of work (and money) to turn the old train station into a wonderful accommodation. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The center of Le Bugue is about 1 km away, via the beautiful bike path "voie verte" it is 4 km. We enjoyed the bike tours and our accommodation very much. I also enjoyed the personal contact and a little "chat" in the evening, so I could once again use my "rusty" French skills. Thank you for everything!

Great centrally located Périgueux apartment exactly as described. We used the apartment as long term base and were extremely happy to be in heart of enchanting historic district. Well equipped kitchen, with newly installed boiler. Comfortable bedrooms and great internet and TV. Very cool in summer heat. Highly recommend the nearby Le Troquet restaurant and Boukie’s Anglophone bookshop on Rue Taíllefer has English-French conversation group on Fridays at 17.30. Our host Florence and her son Charles were always extremely kind and helpful - we are very grateful to them. Will always have special memories of our stay here and Périgueux is a great base to explore the beautiful Dordogne.

The apartment is extremely well-situated within the old city of Sarlat. You can walk everywhere easily, and the private/free parking spot is an amazing perk. Vincent is a great host and super responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Didier's place. The heatwave did not prevail over this accommodation, which was our refuge during this period of heatwave. Ideal location, close to everything, free parking in June nearby where we have always had space. Very good bed. All the basics for the kitchen. The increased outdoor traffic at certain times was barely noticeable inside. We really had a good stay in this accommodation and in the Figeac area where people are open. Didier is very welcoming and attentive to us. Thank you Didier.

Such a beautiful, tranquil place! We just fell in love with the area. So many great walking trails, very peaceful and lots of deer sightings! The house was very spacious and had a cosy, rustic charm, we felt right at home. It was sad to leave! We hope to return again soon.

A bucolic countryside where you can dream in front of your door while contemplating the wooded horizon and the little sheep, discover the paths that border the house or go on a discovery. Warm place in a very pleasant setting. The cottage is beautifully furnished. Very comfortable for 2 people. We loved the little grass terrace just behind. Philippe is very friendly and caring. His attentions and advice were valuable. The neighbors are friendly too. As soon as we have the opportunity, we will return with great pleasure.

very well equipped accommodation, large swimming pool, surrounded by nature in a charming village. very well located (15 minutes from Sarlat), 10 minutes from the beaches for swimming in the Dordogne. Very welcoming host.

the place is as in the photos, simple quiet and close to everything. Located in old Cahors at first it's surprising but you get used to it very quickly. Free parking nearby, very happy with my stay.
