Park on the right side (stone pad on the right side ) and walk around outside shower on the right side. Walk up the stair and walk right into the brand new apartment. Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.

The suite and main house was originally a US Coast Guard Lifesaving Station built in 1901 - and moved to its current location in the 60s. The beach and sound are both a short bike ride and the town of Duck is 2 miles north.
