7-person cottage in the countryside

Renovated house in the heart of Entre-de-Mers, ideally located for visiting the area, 30 minutes from Saint Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux. In the town of Blasimon, not far from the departmental lake and the Abbey. My grandparents put their heart and soul into it. So yes, I put my own touch on it, but it was mostly a choice to keep this property that they had left me. I loved growing up there, coming and living there, so I'm sure others will appreciate this place and keep it alive.

A traditional rustic farmhouse, which is full of charm, with a private heated pool in a stunning and secluded setting. 4 bedrooms, the 5th bedroom is a very large children's dormitory. No more than 10 adults and a maximum of 13 guests, including children aged 18 months and over. Favreau is not wheelchair-accessible.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds and a dressing room, a landing that can accommodate an extra bed and a bathroom.

Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.

The "Clos d'Aurelia" gîte is completely renovated and tastefully decorated to offer all modern comforts. You have an equipped kitchen. In the garden you have garden furniture, and a BBQ. The garden offers sunny or shady places to rest; we have installed sun loungers. "Clos d'Aurelia" is 15 minutes from Saint Emilion and a few steps from the vineyards.
