We had a short stay but storing as many exceptional images as possible thanks to the magnificent view of the Rhune to Seignosse! The top floor brings the expected calm. Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. The pool is a good size and very pleasant when it's hot. Ideal location of the apartment: ocean and beaches within walking distance. Nice shops, bars and restaurants 5 min by car. A really nice house, with a great outdoor space, and a great living room fully open to the kitchen. And if you love to cook this kitchen is top notch, including a Falcon cooker (if you know, you know!!) A short walk to the beach Very quiet street if you're looking for peace of mind on your holidays. Antoine is a great host and very proactive in communication. Very well furnished accommodation in a great residence with swimming pool, mini golf, restaurant... We recommend it! Jonathan is very responsive and thought of lots of little extras (board games...).

The location is ideal, close to the center and 2 steps from the lake. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The provision of bicycles is a real plus! Cécile welcomed us very well, she was responsive and accommodating :)

Very well located accommodation towards the south beach. We left the car in the garage throughout the stay. surf bikes and bakery just downstairs from the building ideal for 2 people very nice hospitality.

The accommodation offered by François is great. Access to the beach (10 meters) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay in Xavier and Virginie's apartment for the second time. The location is ideal. You immerse yourself in the beach and surfing scene on the balcony, but you can also retreat to the apartment. The beach is only 2 minutes away and at night you can often hear the surf of the Atlantic. The caretaker Stephanie is super nice and was able to answer all our questions. Check-in and check-out with Stephanie was straightforward and very flexible. The parking space in the underground parking is invaluable. We want to come back.

The accommodation is clean, new and very well equipped. It's perfect for a stay of 2 people. The beach is a 3-minute walk, and so are the shops. The bikes are great and very practical for getting around the neighboring villages. David is always available and responsive. Thank you!!
