Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

Close to the beach 300 m, Lac Marin 400 m, downtown 600 m, independent 2-room house with private terrace, for 1 to 4 people, fully equipped, with Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, TV as well as a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Outside, a private and shaded terrace with a barbecue is reserved for you. The sunny swimming pool from morning until evening reserved for vacationers awaits you. Street parking. Linen/towel not included, rental available.

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

It is equipped with a living room with sofa bed, bedroom with twin beds, kitchen, shower room. The accommodation is fully equipped except linens and towels.
