We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly loved by its owners. The hot tub and sauna were the perfect touches for relaxation, and everything was in excellent working order. Any questions we had were answered immediately, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. It’s clear that a lot of thought and attention to detail went into creating such a welcoming space. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

We had the most incredible weekend at Monique and Andy’s cottage in Muskoka, celebrating our parents' 40th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice. The cottage itself was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The variety of sleeping arrangements made it comfortable for all eight of us, and the multiple entertainment options, including a pool and games, kept us entertained throughout our stay. Monique and Andy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. They left us a thoughtful welcome gift filled with delicious treats, and their responsiveness and helpfulness throughout our trip were unmatched. Their detailed pre-arrival email made planning effortless, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our time there. We will definitely be returning! Second visit to the Redstone River Retreat. Hopefully not the last. Always a wonderful experience, feels like walking into your fully prepped personal cottage. The hot tub was a saviour after a long day on the bike, and the best part...for June....no bugs. Were able to enjoy the back deck, dinner outside in the evening, and a camp fire.

This is the third year we have stayed there. We attend a big event in town, so it is nice to come back to something cozy and comfortable. We even went down to the water for a short walk this year since there was no ice or snow.

It's a nice place and the listing is describing/reflecting actually what it looks/feels like and accurate. Very welcoming and pleasant environment. We had a great time and enjoyed! I noticed the water pressure was little low other that everything was fine.

Booked Ken’s place for a friends birthday. Place was beautiful - had everything we needed. The spa amenities were amazing!! Sauna, hot tub and cold plunge. Also, house is on the river!! We all really enjoyed our time here, would definitely look into staying here again! Thanks so much Ken for hosting us!

Great Airbnb. Private beach was great for the kids and they enjoyed paddle boat and kayaks. Pleanty of room for everyone. Big kitchen with everything you needed. Loved the back deck. Will recommend to family and friend.

We had such a wonderful time at this cottage! The setting is peaceful and private. The large deck supplied with paddle board/kayaks, the dock, and the fire pit were highlights. We had lots of fun swimming and paddling around the lake, which was clear and quiet. The cottage is more on the rustic side, but is as shown in the photos. Would absolutely love to stay here again!! The hosts provided very clear instructions on check-in and check-out, and were quick to respond to messages.

We had a great time at this cottage. Very private with all the amenities you could ask for. It’s a 10 outta 10! I think the only thing that we would suggest is having a picnic table in the yard which would take it from a 10 to 11! Thanks again to our wonderful hosts. This is truly an amazing location.

The location is amazing, a short walk down the trail to the public beach was a great bonus. The lake is perfect for swimming! The place felt very homey, and the nostalgia of watching a movie on VHS is so much fun. Would recommend this place to everyone!

We had a great time at this cottage. We were looking for a quiet getaway as a couple to rest and recharge and definitely got that here! The place is stunning - amazing vistas throughout. The hosts put a lot of love into this place and it’s clear. No detail is left out. Everything you need is there and it’s really easy to settle in with the place being absolutely spotless. We’d definitely book again and would recommend to anyone looking for a Muskoka getaway. In fact, we just got home and we’re already looking to see when it might be available again.
