Wonderful apartment, which is part of a pitoresque row of houses, and is very well equipped. Located very well in Brooklyn, very close to the next Subway station. Nice surroundings with good restaurants. Check in and out was super simple. Would stay there again!

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Full of character and in the middle of Cobble Hill. Not for everyone. Ceilings are low. Stairs are steep, and the building is old. But if you are looking for a unique, comfortable experience. This is it.

Joyce's apartment is a gem! I spent a month at her's and I couldn't have imagined a nicer place. The size is perfect for one or two, with all the necessary equipment. The flat has full of natural light with 6 windows and a very beautiful classic New York ceiling. The kitchen is well furnished with a big cooker and a table at the center. The bed, in a nook like a nest, is super comfortable. The bathroom is well optimized. The flat's decoration gives a peaceful and spiritual vibe to the place. The area is great, very safe, with local shops near by. The metro is one block away with 2 lines which is convenient (10 min to lower Manhattan). And last but not least, Joyce is so nice, helpful and caring !!

These details make it perfect for both leisure and remote work. A minor issue arose, but the host was outstanding—quickly resolving it with care and professionalism. Highly recommended for a hassle-free, delightful stay in a refined and welcoming space!
