With ocean views from all windows, you can relax at the Marri bench with a drink and watch the sunset over the ocean. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast with cereal, bread and eggs. Beach towels are provided, and you'll find a BBQ and comfortable seating in the courtyard.

The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

In differing directions, we are just 350m to the beach, 400m to an awesome artisan cafe and bakery and then 900m to the local supermarket plus 1km to the centre of town itself and the historic Busselton Jetty. we Do Not take Leavers Booking so please dont put an enquiry in for those dates

We are situated 10 minutes from Dunsborough town and 10 minutes from Yallingup and Smiths beach
