Attention to detail is remarkable, especially the impeccable cleanliness of the entire space. I was impressed by the perfection of the windows in the bedrooms and the balcony, without any stains at all.

Gos I liked the accommodation of Fernando and Oswaldo! It is a small place, a room with kitchen environments and bathroom all together. For a couple is great. It is cozy and well decorated. We went with my dog and it went well! The apto is close to the beach and several good restaurants and places to go on foot (Bar do Toninho or Bar do Goiás, for example). Fernando was helpful, sent instructions for entry and responded to the msgs promptly. Approved!

I loved the wonderful view from the apartment window. Cleaning and organization note 10. Electronic devices in great condition and all working with great quality. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is amazing, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the area is great, you can walk to the Praiamar mall, which is large and full of good stores, and to the SESC, both are 2 blocks behind the property, a 10-minute walk on a flat street. Right in front is the beach of Aparecida, calm sea and practically no waves. I would definitely stay at the place again, oh, the apartment has everything, it is well structured, utensils, cutlery, pans, pots... 1000 points!

I went with family, friends and children, and the space was delicious for us to be all together and connected even in different environments. One of the suites has a wonderful large bathtub, and the location is perfect. Close to everything on foot. Victor and Nicole were always very polite, attentive, and available to help with everything that was needed, including check-in and checkout, as there were no reservations for these days, they made it easier to let us in earlier and leave later.

Ps: the house does not have a garage for a car, but it does have a garage for a motorcycle. I usually travel by motorcycle, so I suggest adding this information to the description.

Awesome place! Clean house, a treat, and it has EVERYTHING anyone might need. It was my wife, me and our two dogs, Carlos welcomed us very well and always responded quickly, we had flexible check-in. The house is well located, on a paved street, the distance by car to the beach near the round building/downtown/playground is about 13 minutes, and 25 minutes to Guaraú beach, there is a market nearby. The stay was great, there certainly wouldn't be a better place in Peruíbe, we intend to return.

We stayed with a group of 17 people and the experience was simply wonderful! The house is impeccable, very well cared for, clean and with a structure that perfectly met all our needs. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and with a super pleasant energy — ideal for enjoying with family and friends. We felt at home from the first moment. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!
