Holiday rentals with a fire pit in South Dakota

We had a wonderful stay at Duane’s cabin! It was a peaceful & relaxing stay. The screened in porch was perfect for the cooler mornings/evenings & for when it rained. We would definitely come back!

Great set up with lots of individual beds. Need own suplies for fire pit. Couches were comfy Kitchen had all supplies Limited spices, condiments. Binder had all the information in the area. Very organized Board games for older kids/adults. Air hockey was fun.

Everything was amazing regarding our stay. We had a slight hiccup with the hot tub when we got there but Micah immediately answered our call and walked us through how to fix it! Would definitely love to be able to stay again sometime in the future.

A truly delightful place to stay! Exceeded our expectations! Clean, beautiful and exceptionally decorated. It was so nice to return to at the end of the day after dealing with crowds and chaos. Tranquil and lovely. Would definitely go back!

This place was a perfect place for our large group of friends and family for the weekend. Access was great for getting onto the lake for those who wanted to fish and the house was large enough to accommodate the others who stayed back to do puzzles, play games, and watch movies. The kitchen was well stocked and we had no difficulties cooking for the 17 of us. There is one step into the house from the garage, but the master bedroom and the rest of the main floor is accessible. We definitely would consider renting here again.

We were very satisfied with Christy‘s house! It was so clean and organized and beautiful! The decor on the walls was just perfect for the beach theme. We appreciate Christy and her husband being responsive to our questions about the TV and other things. The six of us who stayed there were very pleased! stayed storm coming up would all highly recommend it and give it all fives!

Felt just like home! Was the perfect little place for a weekend stay with beautiful garden and backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Had everything you could possibly need and the host gave lots of wonderful recommendations and was super friendly and responsive. Would absolutely stay again ☺️

Sioux Falls is well worth a visit. There’s a lot of interesting things to see. Judy’s accommodation was perfect and absolutely clean. It also offered plenty of space. Judy is friendly and easy to reach if you have any questions. I felt very comfortable. I had many wonderful moments on my tour through South Dakota, and the pit stop at Judy’s place remains a positive memory.

Sophie was extremely responsive to any messages that were sent. She provided some great local hiking trails and dinners options which were amazing. Overall it was a great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in Sage cottage! The space was perfect for us, clean, cozy, comfy beds, all that and super friendly chickens! What’s not to love?! It’s a perfect hidden retreat that guarantees to charm, from start to finish! Loved everything about our stay except that we had to leave too soon!

Kathy’s place was perfect for my husband and I! It was convenient to all attractions we visited in South Dakota and very private and peaceful for our stay! Kathy was very responsive and accommodating and went out of her way to check in on the weather when she was out of town and offered her garage if needed. I would definitely stay at Kathy’s again and recommend it!

Angie and Clay were super nice and very accommodating!! they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and were very helpful whenever we needed it. the place was the prefect size for our family and had even we needed. Will definitely book again when we come back to the Black hills

You can bike to the downtown or drive five minutes. The jacuzzi is nice and the room has everything you need

Beth's place was indeed cozy, charming, and inviting! Plentiful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants were provided, as well as clear and helpful instructions. Stairs (with single handrail) to the lower level are steep and narrow for older adults or those with knee concerns. Perfect place and value for our pass-through overnight stay. Would stay again!

This place was so great we extended our stay. Just a block from Main Street and great restaurants. The property was wonderful, well thought out, and secluded for being in the heart of downtown. We knew it was an old house and expected there to be small issues but we found none. Kitchen appliances were newer, water pressure was good, and even the steep stairs to the second level had a convenient work around. We definitely plan to stay again.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our little family of three! The space was incredibly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We spent hours on the porch soaking in the peaceful views, listening to the sounds of nature, and simply unwinding. Every detail was carefully considered, and the hosts were wonderfully responsive and clear with all instructions and expectations. The location is secluded and quiet but just a short drive away from Deadwood. 10/10 we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Absolutely perfect property close to popular area attractions but it feels like you are far away from traffic and other people. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends. The setting is beautiful, the house is immaculate and the host is super helpful. Great experience

Such a great space for a Black Hills getaway. The kids had a blast in the bunkhouse or as we called it, The Dormitory. Outdoor space was used daily, whether it was coffee on the back patio watching the birds or the kids enjoying the hot tub after a long day exploring. Would definitely visit again!

The Creekside Cabin was perfect for us. I highly recommend staying here! It was a great location for the sightseeing day trips we had planned. It was wonderful sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the mornings. The entire place was very clean! You would think that being by the creek with lots of trees and other nature stuff that there would be bugs and/or evidence of bugs - BUT NOPE! No spiders or anything, not even a mosquito! Very Impressive! The only downside was we were SO busy, we didn't get to use the hot tub. Next time!
