Everything was clean and in pristine condition. Jp was communicative and thorough with his instructions. We would definitely come back!

We loved this place! The space was decorated perfectly to feel right at home. Loved being able to walk to the adorable downtown and short drive to Blue and Ponce De Leon springs

This is a great little house with a really big fenced yard for your pet. Felt right at home with everything you need. Definitely recommend. Also right around the corner from many restaurants and stores. Kolbi was very responsive and easy to work with.

The house was great! Close to the beach and things to do! The kitchen is big and open! Nice fenced in back yard was great for my dog and screened in pool area was also a plus! I would definitely stay here again

Absolutely wonderful stay with gorgeous views. Easy to find and to check in. Watched a wedding ceremony on the beach, multiple cars get stuck lol, picturesque sunrises, an incredible thunderstorm encompassing the resort and then Crabby Joe's (the restaurant on the pier-walkable-great food and atmosphere!) followed by a double rainbow, and not to mention the sunset views to the west from the corner of the balcony.

This is a great place to stay. Close to everything. Easy free parking, pool and beach access. Daniel has thought of everything even including beach chairs and umbrella. Was exactly as pictured and described. If I ever go back to Daytona Beach again, would definitely try to stay here again.

Tetiana is an amazing host, responded promptly to all our questions. We had to extend our check out time for 1 hr and she agreed it immediately. The place was just like how it mentioned in the picture. The beach view was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Daytona

The host was very fast to responding to any questions I had. She was also very accommodating for my last minute request to add an extra day to the stay. Great value for what you get.

Paul was amazing from the beginning all the way to the end. He even made sure that we were well taken care of once we arrived. Believe me if you forget something then he has it there for you to use. I would highly recommend staying here again. It was so nice and quiet. Thank you again, Paul!!!!

Nice place overall. Outside of the building was a little skeptical but once your inside the house it’s nice and clean.

I was so fortunate to find this rental. It is in a peaceful residential neighborhood and I felt safe in the rental as well as walking to the beach for the sunrises. The rental was accurately depicted in the listing. The suite was spacious and I felt very comfortable. The suite has its own private entrance and easy access. The price was very reasonable and the location was easy to find and allowed me to walk to the beach to view the beautiful sunrises. The suite was extremely clean. Furnishings were comfortable. Dawn was a great host. She was proactive and always responded. The personal touch of the baked goods and bottled water was welcoming. I had snacks and breakfast from these baked goods while I stayed. Dawn's informational sheet had important information on the easiest access to the beach as well as restaurant recommendations. Would recommend this rental. I'm glad I found it!

Could have used some extra toilet paper in the unit. We had to buy a couple rolls. Two key fobs would have been nice since some of us wanted to go to the beach and others wanted to do different things. The pool was very nice beds very comfortable parking lot very safe. Super close to the beach. Quiet and laid back area away from all the action. The unit was very clean and nice and felt like home

It is a lovely small apartment with all amenities you need, great parking. It suited us completely. We were in Daytona for a concert. It was easy to get to the venue. A walk on the beach was great as well. Fabulous view to watch the world go by.

Gorgeous views in this lovely condo. Comfortable beds, nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Pool is nice, and you're right on the beach. Even if you don't want to eat at the Top of the Daytona restaurant on the building's top floor, definitely go up to have a drink and take in the views.

We had a great week at Jason’s place, however the next day received a message saying it was Messier than expected. Meanwhile sand was on the ground on the shower slightly, & my kids left finger prints on the mirrors. We won’t be back if the cleaner is going to make it cost more after the fact.

This place was spectacular!!! I've stayed at many airbnbs before, but the view from this apartment was literally breathtaking. I loved that you could see the ocean from every room. the place was very clean and there was lots of room for a family of 4. the bed were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There's lots to do nearby and its located close to the Daytona boardwalk. There is even a restaurant at the top of the building that offers panoramic views of the beach/city. My family and I enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Airbnb 👌

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the past decade and Megan's beachfront condo ranks among the best experiences we have had. The floor plan was perfect for our family of four. The furnishings, appliances, and interior design are all modern and well-maintained. Everything is faithful to the pictures. The welcome bag (with a nice breakfast option included) and fully stocked kitchen made it effortless for us to settle in. Often times we have to check in and go right back out to the store to cover some basic needs, but Megan had everything covered for us! Overall, it was a delightful trip. Beautiful views of the ocean and river. Nice condo amenities. No-hassle parking. Beach access a few steps away. Great restaurants north and south within a short drive. We were in town to visit family and send our kids to the Pure Life surf camp (right next to the condo). We have decided to make this an annual tradition. Definitely will be back!

Amazing place to stay! Stayed May 18th-24th. Loved the little extras in the room especially the umbrella, sun was a little strong one day and it came in handy! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Everything was nice and clean! Definitely want to stay again!
