I had an absolutely wonderful stay and would like to thank the host for creating such a memorable and relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The property is beautifully set in the heart of nature peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with the outdoors. Every corner offered breathtaking views, whether it was the lush greenery, the sounds of birds in the morning, or the gentle breeze throughout the day. The host went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and enjoyable, always available with a friendly smile and helpful suggestions for exploring the area. The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of natural beauty, comfort, and genuine hospitality. One of the best stays we’ve had! The place looked just like the photos — clean, peaceful, and so well-maintained. The service was top-notch, and everyone was incredibly warm and helpful. The pool was big, clean, and perfect to unwind. A special shoutout to the owner — when we were struggling to book a cab and a local driver quoted triple the fare, he personally helped us reach our bus on time. Truly grateful for the kindness. We’ll always remember this place — not just for its beauty, but for the people who made it feel like home. 🌴✨

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Our host was very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and serene. There's a fuel station nearby, Baga beach is just 5 min ride from the stay. The Pool and other amenities are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Goa.

Farmco Cottage was a very peaceful place to be and spend time to relax enjoying nature at its very best. Beautiful place overlooking the forest area good for a barbeque and a few drinks to chill on a holiday after a long break. There was a close by restaurant and other smal restaurants. Only one drawback is there is no pharmacy around if any emergency so I suggest people carry thier own meds what ever basics. For anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and quite in Goa should visit. The cottage and bathroom were very clean which is always what I look for in a place first. Francis and Krishna were very sweet and helpful and always came whenever we needed anything. Overall a lovely place I would definitely visit again being from Goa itself. only I wish there was a boundary wall and we could bring more then one pet along Would enjoy our vacation even more as they are family. But would comeback for sure especially during the monsoons. Thank you Carlton for hosting us.

The stay was great. The premises were exactly as described, peaceful, private and beautifully maintained. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation, this is the place. Although there was renovation happening around the property, the premises were well maintained with a beautiful view , close to nature away from chaos. The staff are helpful and friendly.

A perfect getaway for nature lovers! The place is beautifully managed and surrounded by lush greenery. Waking up to the view of the serene lake and hundreds of coconut trees was truly magical. It’s peaceful, refreshing, and exactly what I needed to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reconnect with nature in a well-kept, scenic space!

One of the best holiday resort to stay in South Goa. The room was spacious, clean and have a beautiful view with private pool. The staff is very welcoming and polite. Loved their service and food was great too. The property is well maintained. The beach is very nearby. Overall 5 stars for the hospitality and experience. The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and enjoyable. The housekeeping staff were also courteous and attentive. We highly recommend this resort for a memorable stay in Goa. If you like staying in the middle of a forest with Hornbills for Company, this is the place to be. Great for birding, nature lovers .

A great place to stay! Beautiful rooms and surroundings, close to the beach, shops and restaurants- lots to do nearby. Lots of options at the retreat for yoga, massage all very good!
