Our architect designed, garden roof cabin was built in 2020 to take in views across they valley to knocklofty. North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

Welcome to this charming converted stable from the 1840s, Its prime location offers convenient access to the city, and it boasts breathtaking views of kunanyi/Mt Wellington. Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting interior, bathed in the enchanting winter light. The stunning sandstone structure proudly preserves the craftsmanship of the convicts who built it, while the interior has been tastefully updated with a touch of nostalgic charm.
