The house is 25-30 minutes walk from the Hobart wharf/Salamanca /Hobart city. The house itself is warm and friendly with 3 to 4 good sized bedrooms and a large, sunny open plan kitchen, dinning, lounge area with (in winter) a clear view of beautiful Mt Wellington. A playground, basketball/tennis courts and oval are just around the corner. Great location for kids.
