Casa Caisua, about a century old house was carefully restored in a sensitive manner, keeping the charm of the original structure intact.

Serendipity Cottage in Calangute-Baga.

A beautiful boho vibe was front of my mind when creating this stunning cottage. Tucked away in a quite nook, overlooking an organic kitchen garden with the view of the fields, you will be trasported to a bygone era where things were just much slower. When spending time watching the birds & the bees, enjoying leisurely cups of tea, chatting on the balcony was part of the day. Surrounded by trees, you see another side of Goa. Quiet, rustic and serene, the cottage is located on Sea Shell Avenue, a road leading to the beach off the East Coast Road at Akkarai. Our surroundings are very peaceful and green. The beaches unspoilt and perfect for taking long walks and dipping your feet (not recommended for swimming, though). Built in a corner of our property, the cottage is the perfect place to unwind. There is space for parking a single guest vehicle.. We also have in house security.
