We offer our guests a two-room apartment of about 50 square meters consisting of a living area with kitchen and sofa-bed, a bedroom with double bed and possibly an additional single bed, and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a kitchen (complete with everything) with a welcome bottle of water, cold / hot air conditioning, free wi-fi, flat screen TV, bath and bed linens, shower shampoo / soap, shower caps , slippers (on request), hairdryer and safe. The apartment is located inside a historic mansion of the '700, where you can visit the old mill, a historic library and a family chapel. A buffet breakfast with sweet and savory food is served in a pretty courtyard or inside the hall of the tanks of the ancient mill, tastefully renovated. You can also use the swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by secular olive-groves. The apartment is just minutes away, by car, from the seafront in Rossano, the town center and the beautiful old town!

"Stone nest" located in Alberobello, in the heart of downtown, is a historic house of 70 square meters for the exclusive use of those who book. It has two bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms of which one has a shower, the other with a washing machine. The small outdoor atrium will allow you to enjoy your breakfasts outdoors and enjoy moments of relaxation. Our house, furnished in a shabby chic style, is equipped with all comforts and will envelop you in a magical atmosphere that knows about the past.

The trullo has been recently renovated respecting all the historical and architectural features of the structure without renouncing modern comforts. In addition, it has a large garden at the complete disposal of customers only with hot tube. Every morning, a full breakfast will be served inside your room kindly prepared by Mamma Nunzia.
