Tiny house holiday rentals in South Italy

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

Lorenzo was very kind and discreet but always available if needed. The accommodation is more than adequate for a holiday stay with beautiful outdoor terraces and swimming pool with great views overlooking the sea. We did not have a car but a local bus is just a few minutes away for Cefalu. Beach is in walking distance. I would highly recommend if one is seeking a peaceful holiday

The accommodation is ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. Both the hiking areas on Mount Etna and the beach are easily accessible by car. The location offers sufficient shopping opportunities. The small house is equipped with everything you need. We especially liked sitting on the large terrace under the kiwi roof. A successful stay for us.

From meeting us at the front gate to the last breakfast of quail eggs and chocolate cakelets and the send off with Chika's lemonade, we thoroughly enjoyed the sincere hospitality and peaceful garden atmosphere. Andrea's stories of his traveling life well lived and Chika's quiet gestures of intentional hospitality create travel joys during resting downtime at this "the way it used to be" airbnb. Bed was comfy, furnishings expressed the hosts' lives and values, conversation was thought-provoking and enjoyable but not intrusive if you want some quiet time. Andrea took me to buy red tuna in the market.Easy to zip into Trapani, 25 minutes to Segesta, 45 to Zigaro Reserve (cliff walk with exceptional beaches, make yourself get up early and take water and water shoes and borrow Andrea's mask and snorkel). We did not do this but if you are driving north from Agrogento, Andrea said that he likes the coastal town of Mazara which is south of Marsala.

We had an amazing stay at Room Ella. Branko was a fantastic host. The apartment is situated in an ideal location being walking distance from the port, old town and beach. we would definitely stay again :)

Really nice little house, we were looking for the silence of the Salento countryside and we found it. Mariella really helpful, friendly and hospitable gave us a nice breakfast every day with a little savory and a little dessert, with a great taste in choosing the colors and details of the table. You need the car but it's all very close.

A little paradise! The Airbnb is beautiful and has an enchanting garden. We were very warmly welcomed and felt immediately comfortable! The surroundings are wonderful and we would love to come back.

We were guests with my wife in this wonderful property the third week of June 2025. The site is easily accessible by car. Ideal property for finding yourself in a central location for those who, for the purpose of their stay, intend to visit within a reasonable radius. Reaching Alborobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Ostuni, and Cisternino takes between 20 and 45 minutes. Personally, we went much further, reaching Gallipoli, Otranto, and Leuca. the B&B Dependance is great for a couple with 2 children. A plus not to be underestimated is the availability of the jacuzzi to relax in. Ms. Maria, the owner, has always been available and present with advice on restaurants to propose and cities to visit. A few minutes away, you can take advantage of a market that offers typical takeaway dishes. What can we say? We highly recommend it. A personal thank you to Maria

Worth every penny. The view was incredible and you had your own private oasis. The photos don’t do the view justice. The house itself is small, but it had everything I needed and the location was the most important anyway.

Lucianna is a warm Superhost! Even the pick-up by her brother Francesco at the port was a successful start. There was a cool drink to welcome us, the house was perfectly prepared: breakfast with homemade jam, water (with/without gas) in the fridge, everything bought for a menu. The laundry was changed weekly. Luciana invited us to an atmospheric piano evening, arranged a thermal bath cure and was immediately on the spot with an electrician in the event of a power failure. Sant'Angelo is car-free - only electric vehicles, which makes it peaceful! The "Il Tettuccio" offers a roof terrace and a sheltered courtyard with an outdoor shower. The sea view is beautiful - if the house were a row lower, it would even be undisturbed. An individual, relaxing holiday - we will be happy to come back!

A good place to stay with mezzanine. Very clean, spacious bathroom and shower, covered and reserved parking space. The kitchen was equipped, but we didn't cook, except for breakfast and frugal lunches. Outdoor area for relaxation. The photos are accurate. We had a good time

Staying at Marina'a place was a dream. It was a truly wonderful experience, in which you are tucked away on the hillside surrounded by olive trees and lovely views of the rolling topography and sea. The intention of the landscaping, layout, and amenities of the cottage satisfied every possible need and more, making for a tranquil holiday. Marina is by far the best host we've ever encountered. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. It was a delight to talk with her and learn a bit about her travels and life on the island. Don't miss the opportunity to connect with her!

Our stay at Vita Vivet was absolutely exceptional! It is conveniently situated to discover Puglia. The attention to detail in every corner of the place was truly impressive. From the beautifully curated decor to the thoughtful touches, it’s clear that a lot of care and love went into creating this space. The surroundings are breathtaking, providing a peaceful and scenic backdrop that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making us feel right at home. If you're looking for a stay that combines comfort, style, and tranquility, this is the perfect place.

We had an amazing stay with Stefano! He was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions promptly. He also provided clear and helpful guides to local supermarkets, restaurants, and attractions, which made exploring Otranto so easy. Stefano went above and beyond—he was kind enough to pick us up and bring us to the house when we arrived, and even offered us a ride back to the train station at the end of our stay. Such a generous and thoughtful host! The home was just as described—if not better. Only a 2-minute walk to a beautiful beach and about 15 minutes to the city center, the location was perfect. It was comfortable, well-kept, and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay, and if we ever come back to Otranto, Stefano’s place will be the first one we check for availability. We had a wonderful stay. The village was peaceful and beautiful. People were helpful and the accommodation was cute and cozy and in a very good location. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

A wonderful little house with an amazing pool and a breathtaking view! The perfect place to relax away from the crowds and in total privacy. Breakfasts with this view are unforgettable. We had an amazing 4 nights in Maruggio in early June. The weather was hot but the aircon and the spectacular pool kept us cool! The property is less than 10 mins drive to the beach which was very handy. Annalisa was incredibly responsive and helped us out nearly everyday with stuff that we needed. She gave us local restaurant recommendations and told us which beach was the best to go to with a baby. The property has everything you need for an amazing, rural, south Italian stay, from the basic kitchen facilities to the (paid) laundry on site, they offer a sweet Italian breakfast of pastries, coffee, fruit etc (at 7 Euro's a person) and the swimming pool is just brilliant. We will definitely stay again if we go back to this part of Italy.

superb place, its name, Nido sul mare, totally suitable. nicely decorated, this little house is a haven of peace where only the sound of the waves that scrap, is heard. we loved it.

We had such a lovely stay at Deborah’s place in Torca. We came for a wedding in a neighbouring town and the guest house was a perfect fit for us. Beautiful surroundings and views to die for. Deborah was great at communicating and giving us tips for restaurants in the area- she also sent us all of the info for the bus routes to and from Sorrento- super easy. It’s a steep walk from the square to the property but only 200m! Thank you Deborah!

Not my first time here. I returned for a personal mediation retreat with my beloved dog. The quiet and privacy were just what we needed. And eveything was even better than last time. The apartment of Marco with the terrace is magnificent, our time there was wonderful. We were picked up at the ferry and brought to the house, communication worked well. A car or a scooter is necessary, the road is a little adventurous and is rewarded with a great view at the top. Definitely recommended

This is probably one of the loveliest places I have stayed. Amber and James are super helpful and accomodating. A special interior design and the calm terrace brings this place close to paradise. Hope to be back soon!
