A Saracen trullo from the 1700s and a lamia from the late 1800s are the protagonists of a skillful conservative restoration work. The new rooms, masterfully inserted into the historical-landscape context, are respectful of the ultra-centenary history of the ancient trullo house and the lamia.

La sua costruzione risale alla fine del '700.Si compone di 3 camere da letto,2 bagni con doccia di cui uno anche con vasca,cucina attrezzata,2 terrazzini con vista sui trulli del rione monti patrimonio Unesco e si sviluppa su due piani.È una casa padronale con la caratteristica di avere il tetto a botte denominato cummersa mentre la cucina ha il tetto a trullo.È a soli 45 minuti da Matera,ed a soli 20 minuti da Monopoli e Polignano a Mare
